TrimRx had strong rankings for a narrow set of queries, but their content footprint was too limited to capture the fast-growing GLP-1 and medical weight loss category. FlyRank built the content infrastructure to take them from 3.6K clicks to 485K — and from ~45 monthly AI sessions to 629.

About
TrimRx is a telehealth platform focused on personalised weight management. They connect patients with licensed clinicians who can prescribe FDA-approved medications — including GLP-1 treatments like semaglutide and tirzepatide — alongside ongoing clinical support. The model is designed to make medically supervised weight loss accessible, safe, and guided by real healthcare professionals.
Organic search is critical in this category. People searching for GLP-1 medications, weight loss treatments, or semaglutide alternatives are actively researching a health decision. Being visible for those queries — with accurate, helpful content from a credible source — is how TrimRx earns trust before a patient ever books a consultation. In a category where misinformation is common, clear and authoritative content is a genuine competitive advantage.

When FlyRank began working with TrimRx, the baseline showed a site that had earned strong visibility in a narrow set of queries — 3.64K total clicks from 20.4K impressions, with an average position of 6.3 and a CTR of 17.9%. Those numbers reflect a well-ranking but limited footprint: ranking very well for a small number of terms.
The opportunity was to expand that footprint dramatically. The GLP-1 and medical weight loss space is one of the fastest-growing search categories of recent years. Patients are searching for information about specific medications, side effects, dosing, eligibility, comparisons between treatments, and how telehealth prescribing works. TrimRx had the clinical credibility and product depth to answer all of those questions. The site just needed the content infrastructure to reach that audience at scale.
Our audit uncovered the specific friction points capping organic growth.
Baseline showed 3.64K clicks from 20.4K impressions with average position 6.3 — excellent rankings for a narrow footprint, but almost no visibility across the broader GLP-1 and weight loss category
GLP-1 and medical weight management is one of the fastest-growing search categories of recent years — the opportunity to expand was enormous and largely unclaimed
Content needed to meet YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) standards — accurate, clinically contextual, and genuinely authoritative for health-sensitive queries
AI platform visibility was minimal at ~45 sessions per month — high-intent health researchers who increasingly turn to AI assistants first were not finding TrimRx
Content depth, structure, and AI visibility — all at once.
The pages data tells a story of rapid, large-scale content production followed by deliberate refinement. Starting in mid-February 2026, the volume of pages being indexed expanded dramatically — climbing from around 30,000 to a peak of over 550,000 pages by mid-March. This reflects the scale of the content programme FlyRank built: covering the full breadth of queries in the weight loss, GLP-1, and telehealth categories.
Following the expansion phase, the programme moved into consolidation. Pages were refined, lower-quality content was pruned, and the focus shifted to quality and relevance. By late April 2026, the indexed page count had settled at 61,300 — a cleaner, more focused footprint built around content that genuinely serves searcher intent.
In health and medical categories, Google applies higher scrutiny to content quality. FlyRank optimized content to meet those standards: accurate information, clear sourcing, appropriate clinical context, and content that reflects real expertise rather than generic health writing.
We also worked on topical cluster structure. Grouping related content around central topics — semaglutide, tirzepatide, GLP-1 mechanisms, eligibility criteria, treatment comparisons — helps Google understand the depth of TrimRx's expertise and surfaces the right pages for the right queries.
Scaled from ~30K to a peak of 550K+ pages during the expansion phase, covering the full breadth of queries in the GLP-1, weight loss, and telehealth categories. Followed by deliberate consolidation to a refined footprint of 61.3K indexed pages focused on content that genuinely serves searcher intent.

Grouped related content around central topics — semaglutide, tirzepatide, GLP-1 mechanisms, eligibility criteria, treatment comparisons — helping Google understand the depth of TrimRx's expertise and surfacing the right pages for the right queries.
Matched content precisely to what a medical audience searches for — dosing, timelines, side effects, costs, how prescribing works — with the most important information easy to find without friction.
Scaled to 550K+ pages in the expansion phase, then consolidated to 61.3K high-quality focused pages covering GLP-1, telehealth prescribing, and medical weight management topics.
Structured content to meet the standards AI platforms use when answering health questions — accurate, well-sourced, and genuinely useful for patients researching GLP-1 treatments.
Applied Google's health content quality standards across all pages — clinical accuracy, clear sourcing, and intent-matched structure for a medical audience researching treatment decisions.
Built topic clusters around semaglutide, tirzepatide, GLP-1 mechanisms, eligibility, and treatment comparisons — helping Google surface the right TrimRx page for each specific query.
The GSC performance chart shows a pattern consistent with large-scale content work: slow early growth as content gets indexed and begins to rank, followed by a steep acceleration once enough pages reach competitive positions.
For most of the first half of the tracked period, clicks and impressions grew gradually. Around day 240 to 260, the curve steepened sharply. From that point onward, daily clicks moved from a few hundred to regularly hitting 3,000 to 5,000. Daily impressions climbed toward 200K to 300K.
By the end of the tracked period, TrimRx had recorded 485K total clicks and 25M impressions. It is worth noting what happened to average position: it moved from 6.3 to 14.6. That is not a decline in performance — it reflects a fundamental change in the site's footprint. When a site expands to rank for tens of thousands of queries at varying difficulty levels, the average position naturally shifts. The 133x increase in clicks tells the true story.
Content programme scaled aggressively from ~30K to 550K+ pages covering the full GLP-1 and weight loss query landscape. E-E-A-T standards applied across all health content.
Content pruned and refined down to 61.3K focused pages. Lower-quality content removed. Authority concentrated on the strongest, most relevant pages. AI sessions began their upward climb.
Daily clicks moved from hundreds to 3,000–5,000. AI sessions crossed 500 per month. TrimRx became a genuine reference point in AI answers about GLP-1 medications and telehealth weight loss.
485K total clicks. 25M impressions. 61.3K indexed pages. Monthly AI sessions peaked at 629 and settled at 518. GLP-1 content authority continues compounding.

"Health decisions are not made impulsively. People research for weeks before booking a consultation. They search Google, read articles, and increasingly ask AI assistants detailed medical questions. A telehealth brand that shows up across all of those touchpoints — with accurate, trustworthy content — earns the confidence that converts a researcher into a patient. That is what this work built for TrimRx."
— TrimRx × FlyRank
Aggressive content expansion followed by quality consolidation built the breadth and authority needed to dominate one of the fastest-growing search categories
E-E-A-T optimization across all health content met Google's higher standards for medical and YMYL pages — a prerequisite for ranking in this category
Topical cluster architecture established TrimRx as an authoritative reference across the full GLP-1 query landscape, not just branded terms
AI citation optimization turned well-structured health content into a significant and growing source of high-intent patient traffic from ChatGPT and Perplexity
Alongside the search growth, TrimRx built a significant and fast-growing AI presence. At the start of tracking in January, the site was receiving around 45 AI sessions per month. Growth through the first half of the year was uneven — dipping as low as 15 in April and 21 in May and July, before a strong recovery began in August with 215 sessions.
From November's 227 sessions, the curve moved sharply upward: 254 in December, 533 in January 2026, a slight pullback to 454 in February, then a new peak of 629 in March. April 2026 settled at 518.
For a telehealth brand in the GLP-1 niche, this matters enormously. Patients increasingly ask AI assistants detailed health questions before they search Google or visit a site. Questions like 'what is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide' or 'how does telehealth weight loss prescribing work' are exactly the kind that appear in AI conversations. TrimRx's content answering those questions puts the brand in front of patients at the very start of their decision process.
TrimRx now has 61,300 indexed pages, 485K organic clicks across the tracked period, and monthly AI sessions that have grown from double digits to over 500. The content programme moved through a rapid expansion phase and is now focused on deepening quality and extending coverage into adjacent topics.
