Terms of Service

FlyRank operates multiple services: the flyrank.com website, the AI Visibility tool at ai-visibility.flyrank.ai, Shopify apps, browser extensions, APIs, and related content and dashboards. By accessing these services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all user types including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants. Terms may be updated periodically; continued use indicates acceptance.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services (or have parental consent for minors). Services are not intended for children under 16.

You may not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or violate any applicable laws.

Transmission of malicious code, worms, or viruses is prohibited and may result in immediate service termination.

FlyRank reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Content may be transferred unencrypted over networks; credit card information is always encrypted in transit.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from FlyRank.

FlyRank is not responsible for the accuracy of information on our services, including AI Visibility tool outputs and readiness scores. Material is provided for general information only and should not be the sole basis for decisions. You rely on service information at your own risk.

FlyRank reserves the right to modify contents at any time without obligation to update any particular information.

Paid product and service prices may change without notice.

Free services (like AI Visibility) are currently free but may introduce paid plans, usage limits, or premium features with reasonable notice.

FlyRank reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice and shall not be liable for such changes.

Available products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Refund Policy.

FlyRank reserves the right to limit sales by person, region, jurisdiction, or quantity. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

FlyRank does not warrant that product quality will meet expectations or that service errors will be corrected.

FlyRank reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including limits per person, household, or order. The company may cancel orders appearing to be placed by dealers or resellers.

You must provide and maintain current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including contact and payment details. See our Refund Policy for details.

(a) No fee. The AI Visibility tool is provided free of charge without requiring a credit card.

(b) How it works. The tool requires Google sign-in and read-only GA4 property access. It reads GA4 data, identifies AI assistant traffic, audits site AI readiness, and surfaces actionable insights. It does not modify GA4 configuration or write to Google services.

(c) Installation notifications. Installation triggers notifications containing account information (name, email, selected GA4 property/domain) necessary for provisioning, contact, and — as described in Section 14 and our Privacy Policy — marketing communications. You can opt out at any time.

(d) Google API Services / Limited Use. Use of Google API information adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. FlyRank does not use Google API data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or AI/ML model training.

(e) As-is, no SLA. Free Services are provided "as is" and "as available" with no service-level commitments, support obligations, or uptime guarantees. FlyRank may rate-limit, suspend, modify, or discontinue any Free Service at any time without notice.

(f) Acceptable use. You may not: (i) access or analyze GA4 properties you don't own or aren't authorized to access; (ii) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content or data except via published interfaces; (iii) develop competing products or train competing models; (iv) probe, scan, or stress-test our infrastructure; or (v) violate Google's terms or applicable law.

(g) Disconnection. You may revoke Google account access by signing out, removing FlyRank from your Google Account permissions, or deleting your AI Visibility account. Disconnection deletes encrypted refresh tokens and cached analytics except where legally required.

FlyRank may provide access to third-party tools without monitoring or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsements.

FlyRank has no liability for third-party tool use. You assume all risk and should review third-party terms before use. New services or features released are also subject to these Terms of Service.

Our services may include third-party materials and rely on third-party platforms and APIs (Google, Shopify, search engines, LLM providers). Third-party links may direct to unaffiliated websites.

FlyRank is not responsible for examining third-party content, accuracy, warranties, or liability. Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transaction.

If you submit comments, ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, FlyRank may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation to maintain confidentiality.

FlyRank may monitor or remove unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

You agree your submissions will not violate third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights), contain malware, or use false email addresses to mislead about their origin. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your submissions.

Your submission of personal information through our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or dashboard outputs and scores.

FlyRank reserves the right to correct errors and change information or cancel orders without prior notice. FlyRank undertakes no obligation to update information except as required by law.

You are prohibited from using our services for: (a) unlawful purposes; (b) soliciting unlawful acts; (c) violating any applicable laws; (d) infringing intellectual property rights; (e) harassment, abuse, defamation, intimidation, or discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) submitting false or misleading information; (g) uploading viruses or malicious code; (h) collecting third-party personal information; (i) spamming, phishing, spidering, crawling, or scraping; (j) circumventing security features; or (k) accessing or analyzing GA4 properties, websites, or domains you don't own or aren't authorized to access.

FlyRank reserves the right to terminate your access to the service for any violations.

By creating an account, installing or signing into Free Services (including AI Visibility), or providing contact details, you agree that FlyRank may use your contact information and service usage data to send marketing and promotional communications about FlyRank products, features, offers, case studies, and content.

Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism and a valid postal address in compliance with U.S. CAN-SPAM and Canadian CASL. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe links or contacting support@flyrank.com.

Transactional and service communications (installation confirmations, security notices, Terms/Privacy Policy changes) are service components and are not subject to opt-out while your account remains active.

Important — Google API data is excluded. Per Google's Limited Use policy, FlyRank does not use Google API data (including GA4) for marketing, advertising, retargeting, profiling, or purposes beyond providing and improving user-facing service features.

The AI Visibility tool and other FlyRank services produce outputs including AI-traffic attributions, channel mix breakdowns, readiness scores, and recommendations generated by automated systems, pattern-matching, and LLM providers.

Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating output suitability and any decisions you make based on them. FlyRank does not guarantee particular rankings, traffic, conversions, or business results.

FlyRank does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind.

FlyRank, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages — including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — arising from service use, even if advised of the possibility.

For Free Services, our aggregate liability does not exceed $100 USD, reflecting reasonable risk allocation for cost-free services. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or liability limitations, in which case liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlyRank, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claims or demands (including attorney fees) by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The unenforceable portion is severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by FlyRank. You may terminate at any time by notifying FlyRank, deleting your account, or ceasing use of the service.

FlyRank may terminate your access immediately for non-compliance with these Terms, without notice, and you will remain liable for any amounts due through the date of termination. Pre-termination obligations and liabilities survive termination.

FlyRank's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, along with all referenced policies and operating rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlyRank regarding service use and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer protection rights under applicable mandatory local law.

You may review the current Terms at any time. FlyRank reserves the sole discretion to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued access or use of the service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
