Our Money-Back Guarantee.

FlyRank guarantees a minimum increase in daily organic visits from Google Search, as measured by Google Search Console. The specific growth target is defined in your signed service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the default guarantee is a 3X increase in average daily organic visits within 3 months relative to the baseline period.

The guarantee is measured using Google Search Console click data as the single source of truth. FlyRank does not guarantee rankings for specific keywords, impressions, or traffic from sources other than Google organic search.

The money-back guarantee applies to the Owl, Eagle, and Phoenix plans.

The Sparrow plan is excluded from the guarantee. Sparrow clients receive the same optimization work but without a contractual performance commitment.

Custom or negotiated plans may include modified guarantee terms as specified in the signed agreement.

To qualify for the guarantee, the client's primary domain must meet the following requirements at the time the contract is signed:

The baseline is calculated as the average daily organic clicks over the 30-day period immediately preceding the service start date, as recorded in Google Search Console.

The default guarantee period is 3 months from the service start date. There is no fixed contract commitment unless otherwise defined in the signed agreement. Clients may negotiate a different guarantee period as part of their service terms.

Performance is evaluated based on the average daily organic clicks over the final 30 days of the guarantee period compared against the baseline.

If the guaranteed growth target is not met by the end of the guarantee period, the client may request a refund by submitting a written request within 30 days of the guarantee period end date.

The refund amount equals the total fees paid during the guarantee period, excluding any one-time setup fees, third-party costs, or add-on services not covered by the guarantee.

Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval.

All guarantee terms — including the growth target, measurement methodology, baseline period, and eligible domains — may be negotiated and modified as part of the signed service agreement.

Where the signed agreement specifies terms that differ from this page, the signed agreement takes precedence.

The guarantee does not apply if the client makes significant changes to the website without FlyRank's written approval during the guarantee period. This includes but is not limited to:

FlyRank's total liability under this guarantee is limited to the total fees paid by the client during the guarantee period. FlyRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity.

FlyRank provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes beyond the guaranteed minimum, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

The client acknowledges that search engine optimization involves inherent uncertainty. Google's algorithms, AI platform citation behavior, and competitive dynamics are outside FlyRank's control. FlyRank commits to applying industry best practices and its proprietary methodology but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the specific metrics defined in the signed agreement.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FlyRank, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client's use of FlyRank's deliverables, the client's website content, or the client's violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

FlyRank agrees to indemnify the client against claims arising directly from FlyRank's gross negligence or willful misconduct in performing the services.

This guarantee and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

FlyRank reserves the right to update these guarantee terms at any time. Changes apply to new contracts signed after the effective date of the update. Existing contracts are governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing.
